DUMP is an artist-led archive and collective run by two part-time artists. We don’t make money from this—we keep it going through side jobs, occasional project-based funding, and support from storage companies. No institutions, no big grants, no corporate nonsense - DUMP is entirely self-organised, operating with full autonomy—no boards, no hierarchies, no gatekeeping. We work outside traditional structures, making things happen on our own terms, driven by necessity and the realities of art-making.
Our main focus is archiving artworks by early and emerging artists in London who can’t afford storage. We offer physical space and create virtual restorations, building a collection of physical, digital, visual, and written documentation. Long-term, DUMP exists to distort the glamor of art-making, challenge ideas of value, and document the real community behind it… all—before it gets erased.
We keep going because people like you think we should. If our work has meant something to you, consider supporting us as it would mean so much to us and to the broader artist community we work with.
