Artist Bio

I use textile as my primary medium for its tactile and ready-made qualities. By repurposing fabric and objects ‘inherited’ from other people, often family members, I draw on their pre-existing narratives. My process reflects a DIY ethos, embracing imperfection and spontaneity as I weave together threads of personal and collective memory, individual recollections and broader cultural narratives.
