DUMP presents DUMP02 as the second edition of the DUMP series. The DUMP series is an ongoing initiative dedicated to offering exposure and temporary preservation for works at risk of being discarded. In response to precarious conditions such as limited studio access, these exhibitions explore alternative modes of archiving and art-making.
DUMP series returns as DUMP02, representing 12 artists whose works face material vulnerability. In collaboration with Filet Gallery and with new storage support from Big Yellow Kings Cross site, this iteration continues DUMP’s mission to subvert traditional art cycles by securing, staging, and critically reflecting on the conditions that shape artistic production today.
